With nearly two decades of experience, Chris is a versatile guitarist proficient in genres spanning bluegrass, rock and roll, jazz, blues, R&B, and country. His musical journey began in childhood, playing alongside his father and friends in various bands. During his time at Iowa State University, Chris expanded his musical horizons, culminating in his role with the Iowa State Jazz Band during his senior year. In 2020, he graduated with a B.S. in Physics but opted to follow his passion for music, leading him to pursue a degree in Guitar Performance at Berklee College of Music, which he completed in May 2024.

Chris's career highlights include performing in pit orchestras for Emerson College productions of “Dogfight” and “13,” as well as collaborating with notable artists such as Makena Tate, Alyssa Barker, Lauralie, and Sanvi Belwal.

In August, Chris is set to embark on a Northeast tour with Twam, opening for renowned artist Donavon Frankenreiter.
